Primary Responsibilities

  • Training Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs, workshops, or educational sessions.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated expertise and in-depth knowledge in the subject matter of the training, supported by academic achievements, certifications, or practical experience.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to tailor training content to different audience needs, whether they are beginners, intermediate learners, or experts in the field.
  • Training Methodology: Proficiency in utilizing various training methodologies, interactive techniques, and adult learning principles to engage participants effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills to captivate and maintain participants' attention throughout the training.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address questions, challenges, and unexpected situations during training sessions while maintaining a positive and confident demeanor.
  • Feedback Handling: Skill in providing constructive feedback to participants and assisting them in improving their skills and understanding.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with using technology tools, multimedia, and e-learning platforms to enhance the training experience.
  • Client Interaction: Experience in liaising with clients, understanding their training needs, and tailoring programs to meet their requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstration of a commitment to personal and professional growth by staying updated with industry trends and developments.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Ability to design assessments, quizzes, or evaluation mechanisms to measure participants' progress and training effectiveness.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing training sessions to ensure content coverage within the allotted time frame.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative approach to working with colleagues, co-facilitators, and support staff to ensure seamless training logistics.

Minimum Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Possession of a Master's Degree in the relevant field.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
  • More than three years of experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or presenter is preferred.
  • Reliability and adaptability.
